All offerings incorporate mindfulness techniques

*Centering stretch and Coming home to yourself: Gentle stretching while seated or on a mat, using breath and present moment observation, while approaching your experience with curiosity and kindness.

*Breathing Practices for health and  transformation: Utilizing yoga breathing techniques, while incorporating hand gestures (mudras), these practices bring clarity to your sincere healing Intention, and personal vow to yourself, also known as Sankalpa. When used regularly, anytime anywhere, one may experience a continued sense of well being in life.

*Emotional Freedom Technique: Using a gentle tapping of acupressure points on the body, while evoking your Healing Intention/Sankalpa, this technique can release blockages that cause negative emotions, and restore your energy flow. EFT can be used at any time any where.

*Movement Practices: Using physical activities and Whole Being Awareness, these practices may include dance with music, yoga, authentic movement, walking, and other actions. Utilizing improvisation, the benefits enhance our playful instincts and have been known to result in spontaneous Joy.

*Wakeful Dream Collage is a process of self inquiry and insight. It draws on our intuition and imagination.

You do not need to be an artist, just yourself!

We begin with a guided meditation that enhances our Inner Dreamer.  We silently proceed directly into choosing various images to glue on to a card mat, creating a dream collage without words. We further explore the card and the message and meaning we receive using methods of inquiry and self discovery, including word play.  We conclude this process by sharing with others what has been revealed. These collages can be used as an inquiry method at any time.

*Integrative Restoration (iRest)/Yoga Nidra), a guided step by step meditation designed to help people rest, relax, and relieve symptoms of anxiety, fear, chronic pain, and many other things we encounter as human beings throughout life. Benefits may include a felt sense of resilience, unity, and compassion.

This class can be done either sitting or lying down. Mats, blankets, pillows or bolsters are encouraged.
