  • What it is
    iRest, or Integrative Restoration, is a research-based, trauma-informed meditation technique that can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase resilience. 

  • How it's taught
    An iRest instructor guides participants through a series of meditation stages, including body scans, breath awareness, and emotional exploration. Participants are encouraged to sit or lie down comfortably and close their eyes. 

  • Who can participate
    iRest is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. 

  • What it teaches
    iRest teaches participants how to respond to challenging situations and emotions instead of reacting to them. The goal is to develop a sense of inner peace, self-knowledge, and emotional resilience.​
